Subscribing is as simple as 1-2-3. These directions are for iTunes since it is one of the most popular pod catchers. The setup will be similar for any podcatcher.

1. If you don't have a podcatcher there are many free solutions available, one of which is iTunes. Download iTunes and install on your computer.

2. Start iTunes. At the top of the iTunes player click "Advanced" and then "Subscribe to Podcast". This will open a window asking for the URL of the podcast. Copy this link:

into the window and click "OK". iTunes will begin downloading the most recent podcast. By selecting "Podcasts" on the left under "Sources" you can view other available content (i.e. older podcasts) and watch the progress of the download.

3. Listen and enjoy! You can listen to the podcast from iTunes, or synchronize with your iPod (or simply copy the .mp3 file to whatever MP3 player you use), take it with you and enjoy it on the go.
